Why Kitchen Dancing?
Fun, music-themed dance-based fitness classes and parties in a relaxed, disco setting for adults and families. Dance along to simple, vibrant dance routines to brilliant tracks from the memorable musical eras of the 20th and 21st century. Online and in person classes available and all levels of ability and ages are welcome. Just lose yourself in the music and dance like you would in your own kitchen!
