In person Family classes

Teenyboppers by Kitchen Dancing

Brought to you by Steph from Kitchen Dancing, this interactive, music-based class has been developed especially for preschoolers (1 year old walkers to 4 year olds) and their grownups. Children will get active through music and movement with songs, games, props, instruments, a variety of musical styles and disco lights!

Where and When

Classes will take place at the Beeston Youth and Community Centre, West End, Beeston on Wednesday at 10.00-10.45am and Thursday 10-10.45am. The cost is £5.50 per child (£2.50 for additional siblings). If you would like to reserve a place, please contact Steph on 0797 4964360.

We hope to see you at Teenyboppers soon for some fun for all the family!

The important part – Health, Safety and licenses

Each session is covered by public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and the music aspect with a PRS for Music licence. Jo is a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and hold a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. I also have a current Emergency First Aid qualification and enhanced DBS certificate. A completed Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire will be required prior to the first class (Family Boogie only). Please note flashing disco lights will be in use throughout the class.

What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothing to dance in and trainers/plimsolls or jazz shoes if you own a pair. Add a splash of neon to feel fully in the disco vibe. Bottled water is available for purchase.
