Teenyboppers by Kitchen Dancing Juniors

Brought to you from Kitchen Dancing, this new class has been developed especially for preschoolers (1 year old walkers to 4 year olds) and their grownups. Children will get active through music and movement with songs, games, props, instruments, a variety of musical styles and disco lights!

Where and When

Classes will take place at the Beeston Youth and Community Centre, West End, Beeston on Wednesday mornings from 11.00-11.45am (10.30am start on the 9th and 16th December). The cost is £5 per child (£2.50 for additional siblings). If you would like to reserve a place, please contact Steph on 0797 4964360.

We hope to see you at Teenyboppers soon for some fun for all the family!

Family Boogie by Kitchen Dancing Juniors - currently cancelled

This lively class especially for parents, carers and children aged 5+ is a fun and social dance-based fitness class in a disco setting. We'll learn simple but effective dance routines to music from the golden decades of the 60s through to 90s, current pop and musicals. There will also be some additional fun with dance and music themed games.

The important part – Health, Safety and licenses

Each session is covered by public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and the music aspect with a PRS for Music licence. Jo is a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and hold a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. I also have a current Emergency First Aid qualification and enhanced DBS certificate. A completed Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire will be required prior to the first class (Family Boogie only). Please note flashing disco lights will be in use throughout the class.
