Class information


We offer a range of weekly Adult and Family Kitchen Dancing classes. All are fun, friendly and fitness focused but differ slightly according to the participants. Please read on to find out more!

Kitchen Dancing - Adult classes - Online and in person

Feelgood Tuesdays on Zoom - Low to high impact - Online

Every Tuesday streaming live from the Disco Lounge at 10am, 12.30pm and 7.30pm. £3.15 per household.

60s, 70s & 80s music - Low to medium impact - In person

Every Wednesday at Beeston Youth & Community Centre, West End, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1GL from 9.45-10.30 am. £5.15 per adult.

80s & 90s music - Low to high impact - In person

Every Wednesday at Beeston Methodist Church, Chilwell Road, Beeston, NG9 1EH from 8-8.45 pm. £5.15 per adult.





Kitchen Dancing - Family classes

Teenyboppers - Adults & Children toddlers to 4yrs - Low impact

Every Wednesday at Beeston Youth & Community Centre, West End, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1GL from 11.00-11.45 am from the 4th November. £5.15 per child and £2.50 per additional sibling. 

The important part – Health, Safety and licenses

Each session is covered by public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and the music aspect with a PRS for Music licence. Jo who run the adult classes is a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and holds a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. I also have a current Emergency First Aid qualification and enhanced DBS certificate. A completed Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire will be required prior to the first class. Please note flashing disco lights will be in use throughout the class.


What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothing to dance in and trainers/plimsolls or jazz shoes if you own a pair. Bottled water is available for purchase.
